Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born South London, England into a family of mixed blood. She has a father who is Nigerian as well as Swiss as well as the mother of her is English. Her family was raised in a council estate south of London. When she was fourteen, she was enrolled at The Brit School. She graduated with a BA in acting from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actor who was raised by an extended family. She was born to Roy and Patty Leggat. Her parents, Roy and Patty, as well as the four brothers of her, Brett, Todd, and Bram who were also present.
